Buhagiar gained a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction was a Swedish
exchange student and now works at Wollongong City Council. She is with
the Deputy Mayor Cr Alex Darling (left) and Wollongong City Council employee
and UOW Council member, Joe Scimone.
