UOW hosts China-Australia Middle Manager Program

The University of Wollongong hosted a China-Australia Middle Manager Program yesterday (Thursday 13 July).

The program aims to build links and collaboration between Australian and Chinese universities by facilitating knowledge and skills exchange at middle management level.

Delegates from China have been visiting universities around the country under the auspices of the Australian Vice-Chancellors' Committee (AVCC) in association with the China Education Association for International Exchange.

During their visit to UOW delegates were given a research management overview, and toured the ARC Centre of Excellence for Electromaterials Science, the Institute for Superconducting and Electronic Materials, the Telecommunications and Information Technology Research Institute and the Neuroscience Institute of Schizophrenia and Allied Disorders - Wollongong Centre for Brain Research.
