Launch of Customer Service Support Network

A Customer Service Support Network was recently launched for University of Wollongong staff.

The initiative was undertaken by the Professional and Organisational Development Services and Client Service team (Student Central).

The purpose of the network is:

* To create a support network for frontline customer service providers across campus

* To offer opportunities for frontline customer service providers to keep-up-to-date with changing information

* To encourage and facilitate the service culture so that staff are aware of other service providers and their roles on campus and

*To develop guidelines for best practice in customer service across the University
