UOW plays major part in International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies

The University of Wollongong has been a major sponsor and participating strongly in the 7th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies being held at Darling Harbour in Sydney this week from 16-19 October.
Delegates from 32 countries have been taking part in the symposium. It provides a forum for researchers, engineers and industry experts to discuss recent developments, new ideas and breakthroughs in communications and technologies.
UOW had a range of speakers and chairs of sessions from the communications and technologies area.
A special session was also conducted on radio frequency identification and supply chain management with Dr Katina Michael and Dr Tim Coltman from Information Systems and Technology as conveners.
