Staff and students take opportunity to meet the Chancellor

Academic and general staff and students recently had the opportunity to participate in the ‘Meet the Chancellor’ function held at the Lodge on campus.
The Chancellor, Mr Michael Codd, AC, said he was extremely pleased to meet a good cross section of the campus community.
It was the seventh ‘Meet the Chancellor’ function held. Every year, the Chair of Senate invites (or asks Deans to nominate) a number of potential participants. This year those invited included the managers from UOW’s Education Centres at Bega, Batemans Bay and Moss Vale.
The Chair of Senate, Associate Professor Di Kelly, said the evening was a tremendous success.
