Stella Shen makes her presentation at the Nowra Probus Club

ICIS member presents comparisons of Shanghai and Wollongong

A member of the Illawarra Committee for International Students (ICIS), Chujie (Stella) Shen recently addressed the Nowra Probus Club as part of the organisation’s community engagement activities.

Her address made comparisons of life in her home city of Shanghai and Wollongong.

She spoke about employment opportunities, some cultural issues and presented a display of pictures taken in Shanghai.

Stella entertained her 105-strong audience for about an hour. During her address there was a quiz session with winners receiving a small gift.

Stella was invited to address another group following her Nowra presentation.
