In a major career achievement, CAPSTRANS (Centre for Asia Pacific Social Transformation Studies) researcher, and Senior Lecturer in Sociology, Dr Ruchira Ganguly-Scrase has been elected President of the Asia Pacific Sociological Association (APSA).
The election was announced at APSA’s recent 9th international conference held in Bali, Indonesia.
