All Canada Day a highlight of International Week

The University of Wollongong's links with Canada will be further strengthened tomorrow (August 5) as representatives from the Canadian High Commission visit the University to celebrate All Canada Day. The visit is in line with a range of other activities occurring across the University of Wollongong this week (August 4-8) as part of the University's first International Week.All Canada Day aims to provide information about study and exchange opportunities for students in Canada. An information booth will be open from 10.30am to 3pm set up near the UniBar for anyone interested in asking questions about study and life in Canada.And from 1pm to 2pm (Building 19, Room 2002) a seminar will be held in conjunction with the International Exchange Office for UOW undergraduate students interested in studying in Canada at one of the University's exchange partners. These include McMaster University, the University of British Columbia and the University of Alberta.
