Chinese delegation to see why UOW's graduate employment outcomes are so successful

A team of 15 Chinese delegates led by Ms Chen, Wei (Deputy Director-General, Department of Human Resources, Ministry of Personnel) will visit the University of Wollongong tomorrow (Tuesday 17 August) to learn about developing effective graduate employment systems. UOW is the only university to be visited on this Australian tour - targeted because of the University's outstanding record with graduate employment outcomes. The Graduate Careers Council of Australia in Melbourne will also be visited, as the delegation seeks to gain knowledge in relation to reforming their graduate employment system. The delegation will be welcomed to the University of Wollongong by the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Professor Rob Castle, and then the Manager of the UOW Careers Service, Mr Martin Smith, will deliver a presentation to the delegation.
