Looking for free breakfast cereals?

The Smart Foods Centre at the University of Wollongong is conducting the final stage of a cholesterol study and will supply six weeks’ worth of breakfast cereals to volunteers able to participate.

Researchers are looking for 40 healthy males or females up to the age of 75 who have elevated cholesterol.

Volunteers must be non-diabetic and not taking any cholesterol lowering medications or fish oil capsules.

They would be required to come to the University on three occasions over a six weeks’ period and have three blood tests as well as receiving dietary counselling.
