Triathlon athletes get physical at UOW

Athletes from the Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) Triathlon Program have chosen the University of Wollongong’s URAC Pool and Gym facilites to undertake their training this week.

Hosted by the NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS) Southern High Performance Triathlon Centre, the VIS program is being headed by coach and UOW graduate, Jonathan Hall.

VIS and NSWIS athletes will train together this week at UOW after competing at the Oceania Under 23 Championships on Sunday 29 January at the Penrith International Regatta Centre.

Their next event is the Hobart International Triathlon on 18 February.
